In teams of two, complete the following:

5 Rounds:

5 Front Squats (from floor, approx. 135/95)
AMRAP Weighted Pushups (approx. 45/25)
AMRAP Pullups
:30 rest

Partner A will complete 1 whole round while Partner B counts reps and assists with pushup weight.

After 3 minutes, both partners will rest, change weights, prepare pullup station, etc. for :30 before Partner B begins their round and Partner A counts reps and assists.

Both partners will complete 5 rounds.

Sets of Pushups and Pullups are terminated either at will or at failure (Not being able to complete a pushup, or coming off the pullup bar), but you must complete at least 1 rep before moving to the next exercise.

Score is total number of Pushups and Pullups.
