Partner WOD

In teams of 2, complete the following:

Part 1 (Modeled after Open Workout 16.4):

One person working, one resting:
4 Rounds:
AMRAP 4:

33 deadlifts
33 wall-ball shots
33-calorie row
33 handstand push-ups

At the end of each AMRAP, switch partners. Begin where other partner left off. Score is total # of reps.

Part 2 (Modeled after Open Workout 17.2):

With one person working at a time (switch as desired), complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge
16 toes-to-bars
8 power cleans

Then, 2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge

8 power cleans
