Every other minute on the minute for 30 minutes, complete the following:
1 round of the Bear Complex
1 Rope Climb


1 round of Bear Complex:
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press

Weight 60-65% of your 1 RPM clean.

Scale for Rope Climb = 5 Ring Rows or 20m Sled Push
