There is NO 6pm class this Friday and going forward through the summer.  Now you all can start your parties a little earlier!

Please come to tomorrow's (6/23) 9am 30minute Durability class and to this Sunday's (6/25) 11:30a-1:00p Durability seminar.  Your body will thank you!
