In teams of 4, complete the following (scale reps down for smaller teams):
300 Hang Power Cleans
100 CTB Pullups
Up to three people may work at a time -- one of which must be running or rowing.
Up to two bars may be active for any one team. Weights may be changed from person to person.
Run distances can be any multiple of 400m (400, 800, 1200, 1600, etc.).
M/W Weight 135/95 for both barbell movements
Run distance is 200m.
When runner returns, team must rotate.
