All in jerk split stance

5 shoulder press
5 Push Press
5 Push jerk

Split jerk 6 x 2 @ 95%
If done early:
Single leg in deadlift 4 x 8/8

10 kb swings
10 goblet squats

Each round, increase lbs by 5 and squats by 2.
