In Teams of 2, Partner A will do 1 round (ex. 2 squats + run) while partner B rests. When Partner A returns from their run/row, they'll tag Partner B who will begin his/her round. Continue this "I go, you go" pattern until all of one couplet has been completed, then proceed to the next.
