Reminder that Durability is this Sunday (5/21) 11:30a-1:00p with Coach Sarah.  Come get your mobility on!  

In teams of 2, complete the following in whatever manner you choose.

100 burpees
100 power clean
100 calorie row
100 wall balls
100 dumbbell snatches
100 T2B

Partner A will work on the Chipper. While Partner A does the Chipper, Partner B will complete the following:

20 Kb Swings
20 sit ups

When Partner B finishes his/her work, both partners must switch roles.
