Come start 2018 off the right way! Join the Homies at 9:30am or 5:30pm to get a great workout in. All skill and experience levels are welcome and encouraged to attend!

Buy in-1000m row/run around building (both partners run/row 1K)

4 Rounds (partners split reps in any way)
20 Russian KB Swings (heavy)
15 Burpees
10 Pull Ups
15 Lunge Steps
20 Sit Ups (adv=weighted)
400 Meter Run together

Cash out-
Partners accumulate 150 wall balls/slamballs  (if not enough wall balls)
