400m Med Ball OH walking lunges
8 rope climbs (Adv. 16)
200 box jumps
200 pull-ups
200 Wall-ball sit-ups
200 push-ups

Only 1 person working at a time on runs and rope climb

Nightmare Mode: Teams of 2, full reps

Scale to half reps for teams of 2
