 - 3 Depth Jumps
 - 1 Shuttle sprint
 - Rest :45

METABOLIC CONDITIONING:

Sled WOD

Sled Push, 6x20m
Rest ~:60 b/n
Start with one plate on sled. Each round, add another matching plate. 
After all 6 rounds, Rest ~ :90, reduce sled to starting weight, and then:

 - Max distance sled push.
