ATHLETES! REMEMBER THAT STARTING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2017, OUR EVENING CLASSES WILL SHIFT TO 4:00, 5:00, AND 6:00! And now back to your regularly scheduled programming:

SKILL/COORDINATION:

KB Swing Practice, 5-10 minutes

LIFT:

Strength (15 min cap)
 - 1-handed KB Swings, 4x10/10
 - KB Press, 4x6/6

METABOLIC CONDITIONING:

Rest until 80% recovered from lifts

3 Rounds (18 min cap):
 - 8 Deadlift
 - 400m Run
 - 8 Power Clean
 - 800m Air Bike (.5 mile)
 - 8 Push Press
 - 30 DU

**use only one bar, but change weights for each lift. All 3 lifts should be difficult **
