In teams of two, complete the following:

50 Weighted Pullups
100 Pushups (adv. 200)

50 Power Cleans
100 Push Press (can change weight / use different bars for PC and PP)

100m Plate Floor Push
200m Backward Sled Pull

100cal Bike
150cal Row

Each couplet must be finished before moving to the next. Both partners MUST be working at the same time, as soon as one breaks, switch roles.
