Happy New Years Eve!!! We hope your Holidays are going very well so far and that you ring in 2017 with friends, family, and/or whatever kind of good juju will set you up for success next year!

Normal 9:30 and 10:30 Community WODs are on for Saturday, and we are having a New Years Day Hero WOD at 10:00am on Sunday, 1/1. Come out and start the New Year off with a little sweat!

METABOLIC CONDITIONING:

Pet Rock

In teams of 3 or 4.

You have a pet rock. You love it. It is precious to you and your team. If anything were to happen to your pet rock, you'd be sad forever. 

A heavy kettlebell must be held at all times (it cannot touch the floor at any time). If it does (and, to reiterate, it never ever ever should for any reason ever), everyone has to react appropriately by shouting , screaming, and grieving, and doing 20 sadness burpees.

While following the pet rock rules, perform the following:

1 or 2 people working at a time. You may work out of order and split reps however you choose:

10 Rounds:
 - 30 Pushups
 - 40 Jumping Lunges
 - 50 Wall Balls
 - 60 KB swings (NOT WITH YOUR PET, YOU MONSTER!)

At the end of every even numbered round, every partner except 1 must run 400m.
