We are Personal Trainers for a new age -- an age where exercise doesn't have to be boring or barbaric to be effective. Our approach to fitness is scientific in nature and artful in design. We incorporate all of the latest and most cutting edge training/treatment methods into our sessions -- methods that address the fascial network, muscular imbalances, compensatory patterns, and the visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive systems.

We believe firmly that the development of skills ultimately allows for the progress in strength and overall fitness, and our personal training methods reflect this. There are many different types of fitness -- there is fitness that allows you to PR a snatch or complete a metcon under the time cap, but there is also fitness that lets you play with your grandchildren well into the later years of your life. Skill and technique can be learned at any stage in life and can always be improved. We are an association of expert trainers whose aim it is to teach the skills that help you to achieve whichever of these fitness variations best suit your goals and aspirations.

What We Offer:

Our trainers specialize in weight loss/management, general fitness, muscle building, and athletic development, and offer a wide variety of training styles including barbell weightlifting/powerlifting, kettlebells, bodyweight training and endurance.
