We are excited to be able to offer our Durability Seminars on a monthly basis! Remember, Unlimited Members can attend the class for free and it is open to all other drop-ins for $20.
These sessions will focus on teaching progressive joint sequences composed of "flows" of 4-5 movements including, but not limited to, work on the ankles, hips, spine, shoulders, and wrists. Sarah will lead you through these flows while teaching you the proper order and technique so you can effectively add them to your warm-up and cool-down routines. The sequences that she teaches will be posted in the box for your reference between seminars, but it will be tough to fully understand the movements without showing up to the seminar itself (so make sure you come!).
