CrossFit Homeward is excited to announce Yoga Lab, a weekly Thursday evening yoga series, running from April 12th through May 31st, on Thursday nights from 5:30-7pm. 

This class will be lead by multiple yoga teachers-in-training from the Thousand Petals Yoga School. The focus will be on alignment based yoga skills for beginners, so this will be a great opportunity to learn basic yoga pose alignment principles in a safe and low-pressure environment. Since this is a lab format, we can also help you to work up to more challenging poses if that is your goal. Some classes may even be taught by multiple teachers in a round robin format, offering multiple perspectives.
