*goal is to move through reps in less than 10s (focus on contraction speed)
*pick a scale where you can do between 3-5 of the movement

B. 20 min AMRAP:
10 DB C&J (per arm)
15 V-ups
20 KB swings
200m run

*pick a DB weight where you can move through at least one side unbroken
