*aim for a set that is somewhere around 60-75% of a heavy single
*the first few reps should not feel difficult

B.  Metcon: 
20/16 cal row
10 burpees over the rower
15 wallballs
rest 2:30 minutes
x4 sets 

*pick a scale so that each round takes approximately 2:30
