B. Front Squat
5 Sets of 5 Reps at 10# heavier

C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
6 Ground to Overhead (135/95 lbs)
12 Alternating Overhead Reverse Lunges (135/95 lbs)
12 Ring Dips

D. Accumulate 5 minutes of heavy sand bag bear hug hold
