3 Snatch lift offs (to knee)

2 Snatch high pulls

1 x 3 position snatch (HH, knee, floor)

C. Back Squat
5 Sets of 5 Reps at 10# Heavier

D. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
12 Toes to Bar
12 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
12 Box Jumps (24"/20)
