1) L-seated leg lifts 45 seconds (alternating)
2) 5 Hollow Arc Swings
3) 40s Knees to elbow
4) 40s T2B

B. Front Squat
5 Sets of 5 Reps at 10# heavier when compared to last week

C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
20 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
10 Single Arm Kettlebell Press (24/16 kg – 5 each arm)
200 Meter Run

D. 21-15-9 (Hip Extensions, 60s Bear Hug Heavy ball/bag walk between sets.)
