A. Snatch Prep:
E-90s x 6 sets
2 Snatch Push Press (Behind the neck)
2 Snatch Drops
2 Snatch Balance
***Technique focus, build up to your first snatch load. Emphasis should be on speed and perfect movement. 

B.E3 x 6 sets:
1 Snatch lift offs (to knee)
+
2 Snatch high pulls
+
1 x Below Knee hang snatch

***build over the 6 sets

C. Back Squat
5 Sets of 3 Reps at Same load as last week

D. 3 Rounds For Time:
10 Front Squats (185/135)
20 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
50 Double Unders
